Welcome to Boo & Bauble. These Terms & Conditions apply when you browse our website or place an order with us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. About Boo & Bauble
Boo & Bauble is an online retailer offering seasonal décor, personalised gifts, wreaths, cards, prints and other home and gifting products.
2. Products
We make every reasonable effort to display and describe our products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen or device.
Many Boo & Bauble items are handmade, personalised or individually finished. Small variations between handmade items may therefore occur and are part of their individual nature.
3. Personalised & Made-to-Order Products
Please check all names, dates, spellings, colours and other personalisation details carefully before placing your order.
Once work has begun on a personalised or made-to-order product, we may be unable to change or cancel it.
Products made to your specifications or clearly personalised are generally excluded from the usual change-of-mind cancellation right. This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or we have made an error.
4. Orders
When you place an order, you will receive confirmation using the contact information supplied during checkout.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, an obvious pricing or listing error has occurred, or we are unable to fulfil the order. If payment has already been taken for an order we cannot fulfil, the appropriate amount will be refunded.
5. Prices & Payment
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) unless otherwise stated.
Delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.
6. Delivery
Any dispatch or delivery times displayed on our website are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Personalised, handmade and made-to-order products may require additional preparation time. Where possible, estimated processing times will be stated on the relevant product page.
If your parcel has not arrived when expected, please contact us so we can investigate.
7. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
Your rights regarding cancellations, returns and refunds are explained in our Return & Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
8. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and, where appropriate, photographs of the problem.
We will deal with faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods in accordance with your statutory rights.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Boo & Bauble name, branding, website content, photographs, graphics and original designs belonging to Boo & Bauble may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission.
10. Website Use
You must not misuse our website, attempt to interfere with its operation, introduce malicious software, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
Our website may occasionally contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or operation of websites operated by third parties.
11. Privacy
Personal information supplied to us is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services online.
12. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including any liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK consumer law.
We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, subject always to your statutory rights.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version displayed on our website at the time you place an order will apply to that order.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the United Kingdom. Nothing in these terms deprives you of any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
