PERSONALISATION

Please enter the child’s name exactly as you would like it to appear on the velvet envelope, certificate and Santa letter. Check all spelling carefully before submitting your order.

This product is currently available to pre-order and is not ready for immediate dispatch.

The velvet envelopes are expected to arrive with us during October. Orders will be personalised and dispatched as soon as the stock arrives. We will keep customers updated, but supplier or delivery delays can occasionally occur and are outside our control.

Please only place your order if you are happy to wait for the pre-order stock to arrive.

Once personalisation has begun, names cannot be changed and personalised products cannot be returned unless faulty.
